4th of July in Chicago!

We went to Chicago for the 4th of July & went out on a big speed boat to watch the fireworks. It was really cool with the lit-up city & Navy Pier as the backdrop for the fireworks. It was hard to take pictures on the boat though because of all the people, and the boat is not perfectly still (which is essential for night/fireworks shots). But oh well. This was my favorite shot!

Baby Collage

A couple weeks ago, my cousin was over with his kids. I took a few shots of his baby daughter and made a collage poster for them. I matted & framed it, and it turned out so adorable! My sister had picked one of the pink lilies at my house and let the baby play with it (kind of). She is such a good, happy baby! These collage posters are GREAT for baby nurseries!

Farewell To My 1st House!

Well....my first house sold. It was pretty slow all through the winter & spring, but then when it finally sold....it all went fast! We had to be out in two weeks! It was really exhausting. I will miss my asiatic lilies that bloomed really nicely this year! I love flowers. But....on to the next thing now. :)
